You keep things organised, track what matters, and make the day-to-day run.

The stipend is ₹0 to start, we’re upfront about that. CutQ’s vision: how big this can get
CutQ starts with one unglamorous problem: standing in line at a small shop. But the pattern behind it is everywhere. Any place with a counter, a token number, and a wait. Food stalls today; clinics, pharmacies, salons, and government counters tomorrow.
Every neighbourhood has dozens of these businesses, and almost none have any digital presence, not because they don’t need one, but because no one has built something simple enough for them to use. Swiggy and Zomato solved delivery. Nobody has solved the walk-in counter.
The real size of this isn’t “one food app.” It’s the operating layer for every small, in-person, queue-based business left out of India’s digital shift so far, and that gap exists in every town, not just one city. Getting there is unglamorous work first: onboarding shops one at a time, earning owners’ trust, proving the model before scaling it. That’s exactly the work this internship is built around.

Nobody has solved the walk-in counter. That’s the gap CutQ is built for.
- Real work, not trainingYou onboard shops, talk to owners, and ship things customers use, from week one. Real stakes, not simulated projects.
- Founding-team accessA direct line to the people making the decisions, and a front-row seat to how they get made.
- A path to the core teamStrong founding interns get hired as early employees. This internship is the on-ramp.
